Milk cream or malai is one of the best natural moisturizers that makes skin supple and soft. Honey is the natural antibacterial ingredient that clears your skin off the bacteria that are responsible for the growth of pimples and acne.

A lot of products are available in the market to moisturize and hydrate the skin, claiming that they keep skin moisturized for 10 hours, 12 hours or 24 hours, but personally, I can say that all these claims are false. I would recommend everyone to use a natural moisturizer on the face in winter.

I am telling you a small DIY, home remedy or tips that you can apply on your face every night before sleeping. The next morning you will get a natural glowing face.

Take half spoon of milk cream or Malai with two to three drops of Badam Rogan or almond oil. Massage both of them on your face before going to bed at night, and leave it like that all night. After taking a bath massage your full body with coconut oil and again throw 3-4 mug water onto your body and then wipe off with a towel.

To maintain natural oil inside your body, use only light hot water or normal water for drinking. Avoid drinking hot water.
